Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you (the customer) and us (Pink Is Just a Colour) when you use our website or purchase our products. By shopping with us, you agree to the following:

  • Eligibility: Anyone may purchase from us.

  • Pricing & GST: All prices include GST and are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

  • Order Acceptance: Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

  • Intellectual Property: All branding, content, and materials belong to Cassandra Guard and Dr Julie Bhosale Ltd. Educator and ECE resources are owned solely by Cassandra Guard.

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Digital Products / Downloads

  • Digital products are for personal use only by the purchaser.

  • Files are delivered to the email provided at checkout and may be downloaded once.

  • Files may not be copied, shared, or redistributed.

Payment Information

  • Accepted Methods: Credit and debit cards.

  • When Charged: Payment is taken at checkout.

  • Currencies: All payments are processed in NZD (other currencies are converted at checkout).
