  • Return Window: Items cannot be returned unless they are damaged. Any request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.

  • Condition: Only damaged items qualify for return.

  • Return Shipping: If approved, we cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Damaged or Lost Items: Customers should lodge an enquiry with the courier; we will do the same. Replacements or refunds will be provided once the investigation is complete.

  • Exclusions: Digital products are non-returnable.
